DeNami Design Blog Hop - cards for guys!!!

DeNami June Blog Hop

I'm happy to be participating in DeNami Design's blog hop this month. You should have arrived here from Michele's blog. If you just happened across my blog and would like to start at the beginning, click HERE

You have until June 11, 2012, 11:59 pm PST, to leave comments on all the blogs (to be eligible for a prize). DeNami Design is giving away THREE $20 gift certificates to their website! They'll be giving away one gift certificate to a random participant (DT members not eligible) and TWO gift certificates to TWO people who comment along the hop!

Guy cards are my favorite to make. I've made a birthday card for a little baseball player I know. He's going to love the shaped card, the stars and that the bat is embossed to look and feel like real woodgrain. At 6"x4.5", the card is definitely not a standard size, but I'm going to adhere it to the front of his wrapped gift (a nice bright grassy green wrapping paper) with removable glue dots.

These DeNami sentiments are the perfect size and shape for smaller pieces like these stars.

A few touches of cream button twine brings the eye around to each of the sentiments.

That's all I have to share with you for now, but I enjoy playing with my DeNami stamps so much that it won't be long before I'm back with something else :)

Now, you're off to see what manly goodness Pam has created for you! Make sure to comment along the way to increase your chances of winning a mini shopping spree from the DeNami Design website.

I'm also linking this up to the Ribbon Carousel Birthday Bash challenge...

And, I'll be playing with Scrapbooker's Paradise for the first time today!

Thanks for visiting,
Barb xo

I post about them on my blog as "the dreaded man card" I sure don't make them with ease!. No seam binding and embellishments...blah! LOVE LOVE yours though!!!
