I'm back with a single layer mini card (2-7/8" square) inspired by a few challenges. Pinspired Challenge's inspiration photo is full of so many fun details...vibrant colors, topsy turvy layers and sugary decorations. TAWS is their sponsor so it made sense to reach for a couple of TAWS sets to create my design.
First, I maksed off a rectangular frame and began creating my background pattern with the various solid circles from Trees Company. I used a similar color scheme to that in the inspiration photo but went with pastels instead of brights. I selectively Stickled (yes, I turned it into a verb) random small dots.
After removing the mask, the sentiment panel was stamped from the bottom up using Bite Size. The sentiment is wonky like the cake layers and various glittery sweets decorate it. Since this is a one layer card, a doodled line defines the framed area. Random small dots and the sweets were dressed up with Stickles.

That's all I've got to share today. I'm off to pack up for two weeks of training in Nova Scotia. My Rosie hasn't been feeling well so I feel awful having to go while she's uncomfortable, but my sweet neighbor Linda (one of Rosie's biggest fans) will be looking in on her everyday.
